Scott Ian, one of the co-founders of Anthrax, the legendary New York thrash metal band and part of the "Big Four," has captivated audiences for nearly forty years with his powerful sound and guitar prowess. Experience the authentic tone of the godfather of thrash with the King V KVXT Signature Scott Ian Series X, featuring a 24.75" (64.80 cm) scale length, mahogany body, a maple through-body neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint.
The compound 12"-16" laurel or rosewood fingerboard boasts 22 jumbo frets and pearloid block inlays. Its sonic versatility is driven by a pair of high-output Jackson humbucker pickups. This signature guitar also includes a compensated, adjustable TOM-style bridge with anchored tailpiece, sealed Jackson tuners, and a pointed 6-in-line headstock. The KVXT comes in Gloss Black with a three-ply black pickguard, all accented with gold hardware, gold speed knobs, individual volume and tone controls, and a black three-way pickup selector switch.
