The PRS DGT 15 is a 15 W tube head developed in collaboration with David Grissom. Its single-channel circuit is inspired by his favorite vintage amplifiers and offers a range of tones from sparkling clean to crunch and rich overdrive, responding very naturally to playing dynamics and guitar volume control.
It features a three-band EQ, Volume, Master, Boost, Bright switch, Presence, and Top Cut, along with a three-spring reverb and integrated tremolo. The three-position switches allow you to configure how the Master and Bright interact with the boost, making it easy to switch between cleaner sounds and more saturated settings. It includes a three-button pedal to control boost, reverb, and tremolo.

Our Opinion
If you prefer amplifiers that truly respond to your playing style, the DGT 15 is an especially compelling choice. Designed to push into saturation, it transitions from nearly clean tones to rich overdrive by adjusting pick attack, guitar volume, or the built-in boost.
We mainly recommend it for blues, classic rock, Americana, country, and styles where an open, dynamic sound with vintage character is desired. It also works very well as a platform for overdrive and distortion pedals. The integrated reverb and tremolo provide classic, versatile sounds, although it’s worth noting that it doesn’t include an effects loop.
