With an optimized acoustic design, a discrete class A circuit, and a transformerless output, it delivers clear and natural sound quality across all frequencies, without dull highs or lack of low-end punch. The discrete electronics and switchable attenuation ensure a high dynamic range, capable of handling high sound pressure levels (SPL) and featuring extremely low noise components. The switchable low-cut filter helps eliminate hum or footstep noise and can also compensate for excess low-frequency response caused by proximity effect. This allows the sE7 to adapt to capturing many instruments, including guitar amplifier cabinets, brass instruments, and drums of all types.
