Description

Over the past decades, many internationally renowned musicians have chosen the ODR-1 Natural Overdrive, from Jerry Donahue to Tom Bukovac, Guthrie Trapp, Carl Verheyen, John Shanks, Tim Pierce, Robbie McIntosh, Clem Clempson, Micky Moody, and many others. All single-coil guitarists, most humbucker users, and even bassists love the ODR-1's clear, versatile, and full-bodied sound.

  • Analog overdrive pedal
  • Bass Cut switch to reduce low frequencies
  • 9 to 18-volt power supply for greater dynamics
  • Remote input for external activation
  • Controls: Drive, Spectrum, and Level
  • Buffered bypass
  • Durable metal chassis
  • Low power consumption
  • Easy-access top battery compartment
  • Includes 4 Mounty-P mounting plates (for screwing onto a pedalboard)

The ODR-1 BC now features a bass cut switch under the battery cover, allowing you to select the original ODR-1 tone or slightly reduced sub-bass. It can now be powered with DC from 9 V to 18 V for increased dynamic range (if desired). Additionally, the control indicators now glow in the dark (GitD), making it easier to operate.

The ODR-1 has become a favorite among professionals, especially studio and session guitarists, thanks to its high sensitivity to the guitar’s volume control, delivering vibrant tonal variations while playing. The wide-spectrum tone control simultaneously boosts bass and treble when turned clockwise. The mids remain largely unaffected, ensuring a transparent and warm sound in any situation.
