This is a Sire Strat-style electric guitar with a mahogany body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The New Gen version improves overall construction while maintaining a comfortable profile suitable for all types of players.
Its HSS configuration combines a humbucker at the bridge with two single-coil pickups, offering greater versatility than the SSS model. It can cover everything from clean tones to more powerful sounds, making it ideal for styles like rock, blues, or funk. The body of the S3, made from Indonesian mahogany, is inspired by the traditional S-style shape of the S7, approved by Larry Carlton, known for being lightweight and comfortable. It is paired with a hard maple neck in C-shape with a rosewood fingerboard WITHOUT BINDING.
The new LC HSS pickup set combines a humbucker for a cleaner, warmer tone at the neck position with two S-style single-coils that deliver more precise S-style tones. They are versatile enough to cover almost any sound a guitarist desires.
The aesthetics of the Sire New Gen body on this model have been improved with a new range of colors and a sturdy port to meet the needs of modern guitarists. Labeled with "New Gen" on the pickguard for easy identification.
